Dear Members:
I have a solution for those still having issues with Microsoft Edge and Google Chrome opening .pdf’s. Though some of you have used my advice and installed Mozilla Firefox there is another solution for this issue.
Simply open up the .pdf in your Edge or Chrome and if it shows blank pages go to the upper right corner of the screen and hit “Download” or “Save”. (See example below).
While you think you are saving a blank .pdf you actually are not. The information is there even though you can’t see it. Once saved or downloaded drag the .pdf to your desktop and double click on it and it will open with Adobe Acrobat Reader by default and you should see the entire article. I’ve tested it on my work computer which has Chrome and shows blank pages and I know it works.
