Editor’s Note: This Observer is about one of the lesser known facets of the NYO&W, its Marine Line Equipment. I personally find the Marine Division of the O&W one of the most fascinating areas of the Railway’s history.
I’ve wanted to get this out to the membership for many years now and Ken Hojnacki stepped up to the plate and painstakingly scanned this long out-of-print Observer.
