Howdy Everyone, Hope you are all well. Seems like somebody. somewhere flicked a switch last night and now the Ontario Express site is having some issues accepting your passwords. Not to worry though, it is not your password, it has to do with SSL Certificates, which our site does not have and rather frankly does not need since we don’t put private information such as names, addresses and phone numbers on the site nor do we have any credit card transactions.
Please note you are not at risk when entering our site but certain browsers make it seem that way. I found out today while at work that I can’t even access the site as their server has it blocked. Got home and it worked fine but the when I cleared my browsing data to test the password it gave me the “Denied” message shown above. I simply went back and forth a couple of times and it eventually let me in. It then asked me if it wanted to save the password for this site which I said “Yes” to. Once saved it shouldn’t bother you again unless you clear your passwords in your browser.
I’m sorry if this has caused any of you issues but I am trying to find a workaround that will work for everyone on all different platforms. I’ll keep you posted, but again, please continue to use the password you were given, that has not been compromised.
