Editor’s Note: It seems that many of you are having problems linking to this article and in fact the link may have been corrupt. For future reference I post all new articles on the main page of the site and also on the right side menu on the main page as well, so if you have any issues in the future you can simply go to the main page at: OntarioExpress.org and access the articles directly through the site. All new articles are posted in the body of the main page, just scroll down and you will see them.
I just re-linked the page and it should work now.
Please note that if you are still getting blank .pdf’s this is an issue caused by Google Chrome and Microsoft Edge. You will need to install Mozilla Firefox as a browser to open the .pdf’s, this is not an issue on my end, it is an issue with an update done by Chrome and Edge that is not allowing .pdf’s to open.
