I have received e-mails from several Members who were having issues with viewing .pdfs on the Ontario Express site. All of them were using Microsoft Edge, which seems to be the main culprit with this issue.
All of them installed Mozilla Firefox and they all told me they are able to view every single .pdf now. I know this is somewhat of an inconvenience for some of you as you are used to using the same browser but Microsoft Edge must have done something to cause this issue and I’m hoping it does an update in the near future to resolve this.
In the meantime, as I have stated in previous posts, the remedy for this is to download Mozilla Firefox and use it to view the site. There is a great site out there that will install this safely for you. It is called ninite.com. Just go to the site and choose Firefox which is listed on the left hand side under “Web Browsers”. Then just click the installer down the bottom and it will do all the work for you. I love this browser as it is open source, very lightweight, and powerful.
